warren billington - data & marketing optimisation
Warren is an expert in helping enterprise clients optimise CX transformation and accelerate growth through data driven marketing strategies unlocking the full potential of their customer data and marketing technology investments to drive marketing optimisation, media efficiency & data commercialisation as well as preparing them for the latest innovations like Artificial Intelligence
Key Brand Experience: Warren has extensive experience working with major enterprise clients across APAC across multiple client verticals. As Managing Director of Signal APAC, Warren had high-impact relationships with major enterprises like Optus, Singtel, Westpac, Coles/flybuys, EA Sports & major agency holding groups & leading publishers allowing marketers to deliver effective digital personalisation strategies & effective activation of their customer data across marketing & advertising technologies to deliver transformational results.
Prior to this Warren has held multiple leadership positions in global data & analytics, & marketing technology organisations as well as building start-up mobile marketing technology businesses that were sold in Australia to Mi9 & also Merkle in the US.
Warren also currently sits on the board of Data Governance Australia & is an active speaker and media commentator across the digital marketing industry.
graham christie - CORPORATE innovation & MOBILITY
Graham is an accomplished APAC technology commercial leader, with 25 years in B2C and B2B technology, media, telecoms, publishing and monetisation and digital brand development.
His career straddles both client-side and marketing services roles in the UK and Australia. He has held senior management positions in agency groups including Omnicom, Grey Worldwide, and Interpublic, and led teams supporting some of the world’s biggest brands.
A highly credentialed digital executive, Graham has been a leader in mobile customer marketing and communications for over 12 years. During six years with Vodafone, he launched then ran the Mobile Publishing Group, then acted as Head Of Strategy for Vodafone's Mobile Advertising Group.
In 2009 he was a Founding Partner at the Big Mobile Group, one of Australia’s most influential and successful independent mobile digital technology and services businesses, and the primary force behind the company’s eventual leadership of the category in Australia, and it’s expansion into five markets across APAC. Graham was the inaugural chairperson of the iAB Mobile Council, and Australia’s Board representative on the APAC Mobile Marketing Association based in Singapore.
Graham has been increasingly active in the corporate startup engagement space helping corporates and young high-growth tech businesses co-create and forge partnerships to develop accelerated innovation pathways that deliver growth and competitive advantage.

robert kinkade - ecommerce & supply chain
Robert specialises in helping large organisations accelerate customer experience and digital transformation. Robert has hands-on startup experience and previously led EY's Digital Operations Practice across Asia Pacific; and led Accenture’s Digital Customer Practice for Australia and New Zealand. Robert has worked across retail, consumer, travel, automotive, financial services and public sectors. He has been recognised as one of the top omni-channel leaders in Australia by helping senior leaders develop winning strategies and transformations to embrace the changing tech landscape – moving from being digitally disrupted to disruptor
Key Brand Experience: In his various advisory roles Robert has had high-impact relationships with the likes of Coles, Qantas, Super Retail Group, Service NSW, Milwaukee, Ryobi, IKEA, Marks & Spencer, Fonterra, Malaysian Government, Toyota, Bupa and numerous others. Robert held key delivery leadership roles within the Coles business transformation program during his advisory firm tenure (major strategic program). Robert’s career began at leading customer-centric retailer Nordstrom, starting on the sales floor while at university and progressing to senior management leading various initiatives related to the ground-breaking 'Project Oxygen' and integrating e-commerce
Paul smitton - loyalty & customer engagement
Paul has 25 years of experience working in loyalty and customer engagement around the world.
From New Zealand originally Paul first developed the Airpoints program for Air New Zealand. He then worked for Virgin Atlantic in the UK as their head of loyalty. The Virgin values: fun, honest, innovative, value and caring; are something he still holds dear.
At Commonwealth Bank, Paul led the loyalty function with responsibility for B2C and B2B programs, including the highly successful Commonwealth Awards, which Paul rebranded from True Awards to more closely align the program to the core banking proposition.
Paul also spent five years in Hong Kong as managing director for loyalty specialist - ICLP - running the North Asia business. During this time Paul led the Asia Miles program for Cathay Pacific and established ICLP in mainland China; firmly positioning ICLP as North Asia's leading loyalty business. In his last two years at ICLP, Paul led the European business based out of Zürich, Switzerland.
Paul then spent seven years with Qantas as part of the executive team that unlocked value from loyalty, transforming Qantas Frequent Flyer into a loyalty business valued at over $4billion. Post-Qantas Paul led the Australia and New Zealand business for Aimia (the global loyalty leader) as managing director. Key clients at Aimia included Optus, Commonwealth Bank, NAB, ANZ and Virgin Australia.
Paul has lived and worked in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Switzerland, the United States, India and Australia.
